Lesson terms

Seller and contact

Lessons paid through Kornelia’s links are sold by Kornelia Sobusik, operating as an unregistered activity under the Angielski na miarę brand. Correspondence and complaints address: ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 6/2, 40-064 Katowice, Polska. Contact: [email protected] · +48 733 330 747. This is a correspondence address, not a teaching venue. All lessons are online.

Agree the lesson first

We agree the service, date, number of sessions and total price by message before payment. The learner receives confirmation and these terms by email or another durable medium before paying. Opening a link or sending an enquiry does not book a time. A parent or guardian arranges lessons for minors; learners are aged 10 or over. Lessons use WhatsApp, with Google Docs materials. A stable connection, microphone and access to those tools are required. No exam result is guaranteed.

Prices and checkout

Initial consultation: PLN25/15min; conversation: PLN140/60min; exam preparation: PLN180/90min. These are total prices per online session, including materials. Pay before the agreed lesson, or for a separately agreed number of sessions in advance. Each displayed link buys one session, without a subscription or automatic renewal. Stripe hosts checkout; do not enter card details on our site. Available payment methods and their conditions are shown by Stripe. Payment does not automatically reserve a time, and we add no payment-link surcharge.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Contact Kornelia at least24 hours before the lesson to cancel or reschedule. We agree a refund or credit towards another date. If no mutually suitable new date is found, Kornelia refunds the amount paid. If Kornelia cancels, the learner chooses a refund or another date. Later requests require individual consideration and do not remove statutory withdrawal or complaint rights. Report technical problems promptly so we can agree delivery or settlement of any unprovided part. The entire payment is not automatically lost merely because no new date can be agreed.

Separate Theo Investment orders

If Theo Investment is to be the seller and invoice issuer, agree a separate order before paying and obtain its full seller details and terms. Do not use Kornelia’s links for that order. The seller is not changed after payment just to issue an invoice. This arrangement does not restrict any statutory entitlement to a sales document from the actual seller.

Complaints and refunds

Email or write to the contact above with the service, date and requested resolution. No special form or unnecessary child details are required. We reply on a durable medium within14 days. Organisational rules do not exclude remedies for an unprovided or improperly provided service. Refunds are made without undue delay and within applicable statutory deadlines, using the original method unless another no-cost method is expressly agreed. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

Privacy and cookies

Controller and information used

Kornelia Sobusik controls the information needed to answer enquiries and provide lessons; contact details are above. We use learner/guardian contact details, scheduling, learning needs and necessary notes, and payment settlement information. Do not include sensitive information or a child’s full details in the enquiry form. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary contact/order details are required to arrange lessons.

Purposes and retention

Pre-contract enquiries and performance of lessons rely on GDPR Article6(1)(b); accounting duties on(c); security and establishment/defence of claims on(f); optional analytics on(a). We retain data for the enquiry or cooperation, and afterwards only to the extent and for the period necessary for accounting duties and relevant claim periods. Enquiry contents are not used to create an advertising profile of a child.

Tools and recipients

The form prepares an email that you must send; the site does not store enquiries on its own server. Cloudflare hosting processes connection data. Email, WhatsApp and Google Docs support communication, lessons and materials. Payment details go directly to Stripe; Kornelia receives the information necessary to confirm and settle payments, not full card numbers or CVC. Providers and accounting support receive data necessary for their services/duties. Theo does not automatically become the seller/controller of retail orders by providing a correspondence address.

Cookies and international processing

Optional Google Analytics4 starts only with consent; form contents are not sent and advertising features are not enabled. Your choice is stored for up to180 days and can be changed using Cookie settings in the offer-page footer. Images are hosted on our domain. Tool providers may process data outside the EEA under their terms and transfer safeguards. Your rights

Subject to GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to Poland’s data protection authority, UODO (uodo.gov.pl). Contact us above; do not email an identity-document scan. Admission to lessons is not decided solely through automated profiling.

Right of withdrawal

Distance-contract withdrawal

A consumer generally has14 days from entering a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous notice to the email or correspondence address before the deadline. This right is separate from the24-hour organisational rule and is not limited by it. Amounts due are refunded without undue delay, within14 days of receiving the notice, in accordance with statutory rules.

Starting a lesson earlier

For services starting before the14-day period expires, we request an explicit instruction on a durable medium and acknowledgement of its consequences before starting. On withdrawal after a properly requested start, only the proportion actually provided is payable. Withdrawal rights expire after full performance only when the statutory conditions of explicit consent and prior information are met. Opening a payment link alone is not such an instruction and does not automatically waive your rights.

Sample notice

This format is optional. A signature is needed only for paper notices. Keep the message and order confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights applicable to you are not excluded.
